1. This site is designed with frames to allow for speed and flexibility in perusing the complete content of these two books.
2. The left-hand frame always controls the content in the main frame.
3. After accessing an outside site through a hot-link, pressing the "back" button will return the user to the original page here which contained the hot-link.
4. If many pages have been viewed off-site, it is quickest to use the left-hand frame to return to the originating on-site page.
5. The introduction to each interview is hot-linked to the home-site of the interviewee, where possible. The link is through the picture and the interviewee’s name. In some cases, the picture and the interviewee’s name are linked to two different sites. In such cases, the interviewee’s name will appear in a different color.
6. At the bottom of the introduction page to each interviewee there are two links. One connects to the interview, the other to the interviewee’s bibliography.
7. From the bibliography, one may hot-link to an off-site page with further information on the book, and where it may be purchased on-line.
