Taller than C. indica, with thinner leaves.

C. sativa has been cultivated throughout the world for fiber, including by the Founding Fathers in colonial America. Strains used for this purpose have very low levels of THC, although when cultivated for inebriating effect the same species can be very potent.

• Hash Oil
  Oil, often extremely potent, extracted from the psychoactive parts of the cannabis plant by various means.
• Hashish
  The pressed resin glands of Cannabis buds, collected by shaking over a fine screen.
• Marijuana
  The flowering tops (buds) and occasionally leaves of the cannabis plant, commonly smoked.
