Leaves are chewed thoroughly and swallowed. The taste of Khat is bitter and one becomes thirsty after chewing. Heartbeat increased to 130bpm. Dizziness. Mild shaking of arms and fingers. Twitching of neck and head. Feeling of sickness in the stomach. I just want to come down, maybe its just that I'm not suited to stimulants and this is the first time with this drug. Mild Euphoria, but this is offset by my rapid heartbeat, and the inate thought that my body can't handle this small dose.

If you want to grow your own speed this is the stuff. But I don't think its for everyone.
