Smoking Agaric

A report of smoking A. muscaria

Substances: Amanita muscaria

The last experience I have had with A. muscaria was pretty recent (if you call 1 month ago recent). I was very hesitant about trying a.m. again, largely do to my somewhat delerious adventure I previously mentioned. And that was really all my fault. This is a strange and powerful drug with a long history of religious use. I would not recommend it for casual use or those with little experience with similar drugs. I really should have experimented more with dosage and such and had better supervision.

But on with it then.
I have found A. muscaria growing in the coastal Oregon area in many state parks, especially near hillsides leading down to rivers and under birch and pine and coniferous trees. Coniferous forests are the best to search. I came upon some specimens last month (about 10 of them, all in various stages of development) and decided to give them another try. I had to combat my fear and do it right this time. So, I peeled the skin and aera under that of the mushroom and dried it in a lyophilizer (basically a freeze drier that I have access to). We just took the dried material, added a small bit of herbage to help it smoke and put it in my monster bong. It tasted a bit burnt, but not unpleasant and the MJ really helped it go down. I felt no nausea what-so-ever and I could actually start to feel the A. muscaria effects within 20 minutes or less. It was somewhat mellow (I'm sure the pot helped), I didn't perspire or salivate this time and I didn't feel the need to sleep. It just felt like I was floating on a cloud of titties (sounds weird, huh?) Kinda like a very long and perpetual nitrous-weed buzz. My skin felt very tingly and when my roomates talked, I heard echos. This lasted for about 2 hours and these effects were pretty much over. I had a much better trip this time and I would do it again. That is, under the right circumstances.

And since I just recently found a few more, I think I'll try it again very soon. Ya'll should come to Oregon and try it with me.
