CaffeineI worked like a fiend Substances: Caffeine recently, while at work and working on a repetitive machine task, i consumed three quick cups of coffee in the morning. (around 9:00) (this was preceded bu 200 mg of dmae and 400 mg of 24 % ginkgo extract at 7:30 when i got up.) The task was repetitive, tiring and very boring (loading a machine, hitting start, and taking the part out.) When the coffee kicked in, i felt possesed and driven to work faster. I started going nuts and singing tunes as i worked like a fiend. It actually felt good to work faster and faster. Now I know why they serve free coffee at work.
