Psilocybe cubensis

San Isidro

Also known as Stropharia cubensis

Botanical Suffix(Earle) Singer

Dosage:

  • Oral

    Dried carpophores:
    weak: 1-1.5 g
    medium: 1.5-2.5 g
    strong: 2.5 g and up
    epic: 5 g and up
Potency can vary greatly, so these values are approximate at best.

  • Smoked

Reports of smoked P. cubensis are believed to originate with the works of Carlos Castaneda, which it must be noted are fictional, not anthropological accounts. Some people continue to insist that smoking is an effective method of ingestion, but evidence is fragmentary and contradictory.
