A chemist makes his own 2C-B...then smokes it!

SYNTH: I moved from Pihkal (#20) and simplified a bit the synthetic procedure. The procedure is a three steps synthesis (+ workups), but it may be reduced to a single step as 2,5-dimethoxyphenethylamine is available on the fine chemical market and not controlled here because inactive.

TRIP: I did it about 50 times, and it is warm, shiny, and colourful. For the body it is very light.
It gave me a serene joy. As soon as prepared, at the end of a hard work's day, I took 20 mg orally. It was too little for me, and the following day I went up to 40 mg, and it was very, very good. I have a crystal chandelier, and I was enchanted by the light reflected on its pendants. Also, I had the feeling of being a greek statue!

The two following days I took a 40 mg dose per day; I noted some tolerance only in the fourth day. The other experiences were done leaving 2 -7 days of recovery between them.

ORAL: The maximum amount orally taken was: 100 mg of hydrochloride. I feel the effect one hour after ingestion, and it lasts about 3 hours more.

SMOKE: 50 - 100 mg of finely ground hydrochloride powder, in a joint with (only) tobacco. It is different from the oral taking, and it has something similar to MDMEA; it lasts less than when taken orally, but it is felt much faster, before the joint is over.

INJ: 12 mg i.v. of purest hydrochloride: it is felt immediatly, but is violent at the onset.

Usually funny, never paranoia, never anxiety. I do not think it to be an entheogen, and I used it as recreational substance.
