Ketamine

2-(2-chlorophenyl1)-(methylamino)-cyclohexanone hydrochloride, C₁₃H₁₆ClNO (mol. wt. 237.72)

Ketamine is used as a veterinary and medical anaesthetic, and has dissociative/psychedelic effects at lower doses.
