Insufflated 4-8 mg. Caution is definitely indicated, and accurate measurement is imperative. Snorting is said to be exceptionally painful, and chances of nausea and vomiting are increased. This method brings additional health risks as well, especially to those with existing medical conditions. Under no circumstances should an unmeasured dose (or a measured dose over 10 mg) be administered intranasally. There has been at least one death associated with insufflation of this material.
Oral A substantial minority of people report strong effects from dosages as low as 10 mg. For most people, the dosage is slightly higher than 2C-B: 15-25 mg mild 25-35 mg moderate >35 mg strong
Rectal 5-15 mg
