I have used pasteurized perlite /w a small cpu fan blowing air on to it before, but have found that for this to work consistently it
has to be changed after harvesting each flush (I actually just keep recycling the same to batchs).  The substrate is suspend above the perlite on small saucers.  I was thinking of using straight 3% H2O2 in place of the normal H2O.  Some say to use a 1:10 3%H2O2:H2O, but is there any reason not to used undilute H2O2 or even more contrated solutions to increase it effectiveness?  I can not think of any reason not to, but it seems so obvious I have to wonder why I haven't seen it suggested elsewhere.

Maybe because nature wants water-humidity around those fruits? and that the diluted H2O2 is sufficient to kill any threatening nasties?
IDK, just brainstorming.

I know why I want to do it, I am asking if there is any reason why I shouldn't.

probably not, other than that you might end up aerosolized H2O2 which may be hard on the mushies.  What some people have done with success is to just simply use a fish tank pump and submerge and air-stone in a large jar of water.  That maintains near-perfect humidity and you need not not worry about contamination because the bubbling air should kill any bacteria and also improves FAE.
