 Information on storing spore prints, spores, spore syringes, etc.

I have looked through the search on this, and have not found much in this specific area easily.

Thought we'd do well to have a thread in which this info could be easily found.

I am wondering, what the optimal temperature is at which to store spores of Psilocybe Cubensis?  How to store the foil prints and/or spore syringes. How long is safe?

I am aware that this is beginner questioning,  and am aware there are probably answers out there.

Our search didn't turn them up easily for me, but two heads are better than one.... as are four eyes better than two.

Well Mr. Moo my neighbor stores several spore prints from each new batch of cubes on folil, inside a sealed freezer zip lock, on top of the kitchen cabinets. He's never had a failure with prints as old as three years.

as for syringes I don't know what the neighbr's results have been. He bought one syringe years ago and has relied on prints since.

I have a pal who asked, and now it is cleared. My pal also is a fairly new grower of shroomies, with only one prior good experiment and one prior failed experiment years ago.
So let us all collectively wish him luck, and hope that the little fellas will one day entertain him and some of his friends.

42F in the dark. Prints a decade old stored well still germinate as will syringes around a year.
