I was reading in a Kramtom experience report and there was this one man who had put kratom unto his applesauce, he said that he got one of the worst kratom experiences hed ever had. does anybody think that the applesauce might of had some type of chemical in it that reacted bad with the Kratom, and if so what might it of been? dont ask my why he put it in his applesauce. I Have No idea

lol. This sounds like... well, applesauce.
Anyway, I'd like to hijack this topic for presenting my claim:
Kratom is a visionary plant.
Kratom is an amazing plant in my eyes. Opiate-like bliss, slight stimulation (or sedation, depending on dose), disinhibition, and definitely some alteration of the mind. In combination with or marijuana or natural sleep hormones, it gave me dreams unlike anything else. Dark dreams, sometimes, but hey, everybody gets those.
Almost nothing eases my soul like a nice Kratom tea.

yes Kratom is VERY GOOD but do you think that applesauce made this a trip gone bad?

I would put money on it being BAD applesauce. Nothing in an apple that would screw up the active in Kratom.
The other possible is an allergy to apples.

It makes me nauseaus. If I could get rid of that I would love it.
I doubt applesause would effect it. Apple pie on the other hand...

Kratom contains a couple of different alkaloids (mytraginine and analogs), quite like opium or cannabis do. Probably some of them make you nauseous. I'd love to sample some isolated, pure alkaloids and compare...

yeah, I took Kratom with applesauce and it didn't make me have a bad experience. It is a better way of taking it if you don't like the tea. Just put some kratom on a spoon, spoon up a big ole glob of applesauce, and down it. It works great.
Yes, Kratom makes me nauseous too, but if I stay sedentary, the nausea goes away. Only when you walk around or move around too much is when it becomes a problem. And the nausea gets worse with higher doses.
I think that guy just took too much kratom. It can feel really toxic if you take like, 6 or more grams of the 15x(and the equivalency in leaf/powder). And the hangover on overdoseing is HORRID. It lasts for a whole day afterward, with some vomiting.

i have also heard that the hang-overs are awefull. it would be cool to try out the pure chemicals, but i have heard that it might become illegal soon or something. hey its either kanna, kava, or kratom. not sure which one though. also, i dont think it would be too bad if you say mixed it with like a sport drink or some other type of pre-made drink mixed with it besides straight kratom tea.

I was thinking about ordering some kratom and trying it in a drink or something. you would crush the kratom until a powder then mix it in right? Do you think that u could put it in a soda and still have decent effects? one last ? how much kratom would i need to put in a drink thats about 18oz?

One made tea out of leaves, until one found that much was left on the leaves after two or even three boiling. Then one made kratom soap and gulped it down with success: longer lasting effects with the same amount of leaves (and very splendid time...) The high got more balanced also.
might be a good idea to boil them in apple or vorange sauce
Some spices could still be good in covering the taste... It is all but not splendid.

You can put it in ANYTHING. Doesn't matter. It just needs to get into your stomach. Although I always found eating the powder yucky and switched to boiling water extractions (read: Kratom tea).

Okay but would you say that you get better effects from smoking it or eating it?

EK, Gorgon, the website I gave ya'll has some interesting testimonies on smoking kratom. They say It does indeed work, however, you are wasting product if you use the extract. You should stick to the leaf if you are going to smoke it because it does waste the kratom and the effects are VERY short lived. I think someone also said they were gonna try snuffing it too, on there, I didn't check out there results.
