This is the best guide I've found for oral dosing DMT. It was written by Pip at the now defunct DMT World - I'm sure that if he's around somewhere, he'd be glad to see it posted.

Can we just put the text up here on the site?  Or is the PDF preferred for some reason?  It is kind of long but it might be more convenient for people to have direct access to the text without going through the file sharing site...
