try to do at least 3 mile runs per week, some times do the bike or stairs but mostly run

I don't do any cardio really. Maybe running once a week or so when I'm in that headspace. I should do more though. I got mad altitude sickness when I went up Kilimanjaro, and I think cardio may have helped with that. Funny how you take oxygen for granted.

I get a little cardio here and there but I don't really incorporate it into my usual routine, at least not consciously. I go skateboard for an hour or two every few days and I'll rollerblade once in a while for a few miles and in the summer I'll swim for a while before a workout.

I guess I do have some form of a routine but it's haphazzard.

Ok so, on this website that I went to for my tren, there's also some amino acid concentrate sokution available for a *very* reasonable price. Now, it's on a vetrinary website under the livestock section, but I figure that it can't be any worse than converting tren and shooting it into my muscles... Anywho, it's a large bottle (The picture looks like it says 32oz.) and it's only 2.99, whereas Twinlab's amino concentrate sells for 12.99 for a 16oz. bottle.

Think it's human-grade?

it is in the livestock section so it's probably "livestock grade" ... whatever that means.  you would have to see a label to really determine anything.

A novel, highly potent, orally active, nonsteroidal tissue selective androgen receptor (AR) modulator (BMS-564929) has been identified, and this compound has been advanced to clinical trials for the treatment of age-related functional decline. BMS-564929 is a subnanomolar AR agonist in vitro, is highly selective for the AR vs. other steroid hormone receptors, and exhibits no significant interactions with SHBG or aromatase. Dose response studies in castrated male rats show that BMS-564929 is substantially more potent than testosterone (T) in stimulating the growth of the levator ani muscle, and unlike T, highly selective for muscle vs. prostate. Key differences in the binding interactions of BMS-564929 with the AR relative to the native hormones were revealed through x-ray crystallography, including several unique contacts located in specific helices of the ligand binding domain important for coregulatory protein recruitment. Results from additional pharmacological studies effectively exclude alternative mechanistic contributions to the observed tissue selectivity of this unique, orally active androgen. Because concerns regarding the potential hyperstimulatory effects on prostate and an inconvenient route of administration are major drawbacks that limit the clinical use of T, the potent oral activity and tissue selectivity exhibited by BMS-564929 are expected to yield a clinical profile that provides the demonstrated beneficial effects of T in muscle and other tissues with a more favorable safety window.

Alright Bio, dare accepted.

Current weight: 167 lbs. (Down from 177-180)
Haven't started my deca or tren, yet. (No IM rigs) Was taking one 50mg packet of Androgel a day for a month or so a while back, but that did fuck all.
Not on any supplements currently other than protein.

I'm fully hydrated too and eating like a mofo so that's why my abs got a little blurry on the bottom. But hey, my obliques are in now and the muscles just behind them are starting to come out, too. cool




My legs have gotten a lot bigger too over the past two months but they're not as cut as my upper body. I'll have to buy a pair of boxers before I take a picture of my lower body. 'Cause I been freeballin' since I came out the womb. wink

Thanks, Bio. You still got me beat though, but I'm catching up.

And you're right, I think I need to finally get a gym membership. I'm pretty sure I've reached the limit with rudimentary weight set and eccentric exercises.

Ok protein: Do you guys have a pre-workout shake and a post work out one? One or the other? Whey, soy, albumin?


I've been using approx. 20 grams of GNC's 95  soy protein isolate before my workout and another twenty grams of Pro-Nos (Only because I know the guy at GNC and he gave me a discount and recommended it.) whey isolate about twenty minutes after my workout. The rest of the day is followed by *roughly* 40% carbs, 40% protein and 20% fats.

I usually do pre workout protein shakes (whey only).  My trials have shown these to be better (than post workout) as you will need their immediate energy if you are working out hard enough.  Then most times after I lift I won't even be hungry for an hour or so, so I don't stress immediate ingestion of anything until I get hungry (I'm not trying to gain weight however...).  Usually I go with 40-50 g material (5 full scoops or so) mixed with water and some type of flavoring (low sugar tang and country time lemonade are my favorites to go with vanilla or banana protein).

I buy the Gold Standard brand from GNC for protein.  Their brand is generally better tasting, a tad cheaper, more soluble and has the blended amino acid/enzyme profile as opposed to being a straight whey extract. 

I picked up one of the shaker cups with the metal sift ball in it from GNC a few weeks ago.  It has been one of the best purchases I ever made.  Dissolving stubborn protein into small volumes of water is no longer an issue...   

Speaking of which I am getting kind of hungry for a Saturday preworkout shake  cheesy
