News reports indicate that dangerous drugs are circulating in San Diego disguised as innocent-looking tattoos and blue stars. Tattoos are postage stamp size with pictures of favorite cartoon characters. Blue stars are the size of a pencil eraser. Both types are individually wrapped in aluminum foil. Authorities at Danbury Hospital in Connecticut warn that these items should not be touched. They are laced with LSD and other potent drugs which can be absorbed through the skin.
