I have heard narcotics officers talk about the "Blue Star Tattoo" and have even seen sample sheets that these officers had. Although the blue star design is the most common, it could be anything. As I recall there were 100 hits on a sheet about 8 1/2 x 11" and each hit sold for very little money. LSD was laced into the ink and was ingested by the licking of the tattoo rather than through the skin by applying. I wish it was an urban legend but I heard these officers myself.
